ISO Certificates

Prove your systems work, not just your products.

ISO certification doesn’t approve a product — it certifies that your quality, safety, environmental or IT management systems are actually followed, consistently, and can withstand outside audit. Six standards, one implementation partner.

ISO Certified

Product Certification vs. Management Certification

BIS, WPC and CDSCO certify what your product does. ISO standards certify how consistently your organization does what it says it does — documented processes, measured performance, and a system built to catch problems before a customer or regulator does.

Voluntary, But Rarely Optional in Practice

ISO certification is legally voluntary in India, but many GeM tenders, enterprise RFPs and B2B buyers treat a relevant certificate as a practical prerequisite — and certain pathways, like CDSCO’s medical device route, specifically expect ISO 13485.

Independence Is the Point

We build and document your management system, but the certification audit is always performed by an independent accredited certification body — that separation is what gives the certificate its credibility with buyers and regulators.

9001

ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management

The foundational quality-management standard, applicable to virtually any organization regardless of size or industry. Establishes consistent processes, customer-focus discipline and continual improvement as a formal, auditable system.

How We Run It

From gap analysis to issued certificate, in five stages

1

Gap Analysis

We assess your current processes against what the chosen standard actually requires.

2

Documentation

Policies, procedures and records are built or refined to close the identified gaps.

3

Internal Audit

A mock audit checks the system actually works before the real one does.

4

Certification Audit

An accredited body runs Stage 1 (documentation) and Stage 2 (implementation) audits.

5

Certificate & Surveillance

Once issued, we track your annual surveillance audits and 3-year recertification cycle.

What happens after you’re certified

ISO certificates run on a 3-year cycle — staying certified means staying audit-ready every year, not just once.

Year 1 Surveillance Audit
Year 2 Surveillance Audit

Quick Answers

Common questions about ISO certification

Is ISO certification legally required to sell in India?

Generally no — ISO standards certify your management systems, not your product’s legal right to be sold. That said, many GeM tenders and enterprise buyers treat a relevant certificate as a practical prerequisite, and medical device pathways specifically expect ISO 13485.

Can Bizpro both build our system and certify us?

We act as your implementation partner — building documentation and preparing your team — but the actual certification audit is always conducted by an independent accredited certification body. That separation is what makes the certificate credible to outside buyers and regulators.

How long does first-time certification take?

It depends heavily on how developed your existing processes are. Organizations with reasonably mature documentation can move through in a few weeks; those starting from scratch more commonly take a few months to build a system that will genuinely pass audit.

What happens if we fail a surveillance audit?

A finding doesn’t automatically mean losing the certificate — minor non-conformities typically come with a corrective-action window to fix and close out. Repeated or major non-conformities can put the certificate at risk, which is why we track your surveillance schedule proactively rather than reactively.

Can we hold more than one ISO standard at once?

Yes — many businesses run ISO 9001 alongside 14001 and/or 45001 as an “integrated management system,” sharing common documentation structure where the standards overlap, which is usually more efficient than certifying each one separately from scratch.

Not sure which ISO standard your buyers actually expect?

Tell us your industry and who you’re selling to — we’ll recommend the right starting standard.
