Bizpro Compliance Services provides regulatory consulting, documentation and filing support across certification schemes including but not limited to BIS, WPC, GeM, EPR, MOEF, FSSAI, ISO, trademark and company registration, and related compliance services described on our website. The specific scope of any engagement is confirmed separately in writing (via email, quotation or service agreement) once you engage us.

3Nature of Our Advisory Role

We act as a facilitator and advisor between you and the relevant government regulators, certifying bodies and accredited laboratories. While we apply our expertise to prepare, file and follow up on your application, final approval, rejection, or timeline for any certification, license or registration rests solely with the relevant government authority or regulator — not with Bizpro.

4Client Obligations

To enable us to act on your behalf, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete and timely information and documentation relevant to your certification or filing
• Promptly respond to requests for clarification, missing documents, or regulator queries
• Ensure that any product specifications, test samples or declarations you provide are truthful and accurate
• Make payments for agreed fees and third-party costs (such as government fees or lab testing charges) as invoiced

Delays or inaccuracies in information provided by you may directly affect processing timelines and outcomes, and Bizpro is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate client-provided information.

5Fees & Payment

Service fees are communicated separately through a quotation or proposal prior to engagement and may include our professional fees as well as pass-through government fees, lab testing charges, or third-party costs. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, government fees, statutory charges and lab testing costs are payable in addition to our service fees and are typically non-refundable once submitted to the relevant authority or laboratory, in line with that authority’s own policies.

6Timelines & Regulator Discretion

Any timeline estimate we provide (including on this website) is indicative and based on typical processing patterns, not a guaranteed commitment. Actual timelines depend on the responsiveness of the relevant regulator, changes in regulatory requirements, lab testing schedules, and the completeness of your submission. We will keep you informed of material changes to expected timelines as they arise.

7Intellectual Property

All content on the Bizpro Compliance Services website — including text, graphics, logos and design — is the property of Bizpro Compliance Services or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute or use our website content for commercial purposes without prior written consent. Any intellectual property (trademarks, patents, product designs) belonging to you remains yours; we only assist with the registration or certification process on your behalf.

8Confidentiality

We treat product specifications, business information and documents you share with us as confidential, and use them solely for the purpose of assessing and processing your compliance requirements. We are happy to execute a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement before deeper technical review where required by either party.

9Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bizpro Compliance Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of business, revenue, or opportunity, delays or rejections by government regulators, or reliance on general timeline or cost estimates published on this website. Our total liability for any claim arising from a specific engagement shall not exceed the professional fees paid by you for that engagement.

10Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement by written notice, subject to any terms specifically agreed in a separate service agreement or quotation. Fees for work already performed, and any government or third-party costs already incurred or committed, remain payable upon termination.

11Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.

12Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when the terms were last revised. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
