Packaging and labelling that passes Legal Metrology, customs and marketplaces.
We audit your packs and online listings against every mandatory Legal Metrology declaration, correct the artwork or design compliant stickers for imported stock, and re-check each new SKU before launch, so your goods aren’t held at customs, seized in a raid or delisted online.
Why packaging gets rejected in India
Indian Declarations Missing
Global packaging rarely carries Indian MRP, unit sale price, importer details or consumer care.
Wrong Units or Sizes
Net quantity must be in standard metric units, in the minimum letter size for the pack.
Online Listings Forgotten
E-commerce pages must show the same declarations as the physical pack.

OngoingLegal Metrology compliance for businesses across India
Registration is filed online and enforcement sits with each state’s Legal Metrology department, so we support importers, manufacturers, packers and e-commerce sellers in every state, including:
Common labelling mistakes
MRP Without ‘Inclusive of All Taxes’
The MRP must be stated inclusive of all taxes.
No Unit Sale Price
Unit sale price is mandatory alongside MRP on retail packs.
Sticker Covering Original Text
Stickers mustn’t hide existing declarations or be easy to peel off.
Non-standard Units
Net quantity must be in standard metric units, not ounces or ‘pieces’ alone where weight applies.
Everything you need for packaged goods in India
